An NFL Draft Game With Real Stakes

Twelve rounds, one shot at each

This is a draft game in the honest sense: what's available is out of your control, and what you do with it is everything. Each round deals you one franchise-era squad. You study the board — every player's real season stats are on the card — pick one, and place him at a position he actually played. No trades, no do-overs after the pick locks.

Read stats like a scout

Cards carry the numbers that matter by position: passing yards, touchdowns, interceptions and passer rating for quarterbacks; sacks, tackles for loss and QB hits for the trenches; picks and pass deflections in the secondary. Tap a card to expand the full stat sheet before you commit. In Blind mode the numbers disappear and only names remain — a pure football-knowledge draft.

Draft against a human

The 1v1 mode is a live draft room: you and a friend take turns on the same spins, split-screen, each building your own twelve. Every pick you make is one your opponent can't. When both rosters are full, the season simulates and one GM walks away with the win. There's also an AI coach mode that drafts behind you from the same squads, if you want a sparring partner at 3am.

The sim settles it

Your final record comes from a deterministic 20-game season — the same roster always finishes with the same result, so draft skill is the only variable. Anything 17 wins or better puts you in elite company; a perfect run is genuinely rare. See what the ceiling looks like on the best NFL records page, then try to draft past it.

FAQ

How many rounds does the draft have?

Twelve — six offensive spots (QB, RB, WR, TE and two flex) and six defensive spots (EDGE, DT, LB, CB, S and a defensive flex).

Can I draft the same player twice?

No. Once a player is on your roster, other-era versions of the same person are marked as drafted and locked out.

Is there a multiplayer draft?

Yes — a live 1v1 room where two players alternate picks on identical spins, plus shareable challenge links for asynchronous head-to-head.

What is Blind mode?

A draft variant that hides all ratings and stats until the season simulates. You draft on football knowledge alone, and the reveal at the end shows what you really built.
